Indeed it is, Beaman. I think this was London proper, if I recall, although I'd have to sift through the giant folder of photos from that trip to figure out exactly where in England I was when I took it.

Although, I meant to add above, Dover is a really good guess, as I certainly was there and did take a lot of picture of the late-Victorian buildings there. I'm a big fan of the brick -heavy architecture that went up during that period.
